Madison brings an undeniable passion and practice for racial equity and social justice to Courageous Conversation®. Mrs. Potts McAdoo’s background includes assignments in the Executive Office of the King Center, Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta, and Be the Bridge, a non-profit created to educate communities about racial equity and reconciliation.

As a skilled and effective collegiate organizer and advocate, she also acquired her leadership chops as Unit President of the NAACP, Minority Student Advisory Board member, and the inaugural Ambassador for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Kennesaw State University where she earned a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology and certification in Diversity and Community Engagement.

Madison is the 2021 NAACP Image Award winner for Student Activist of The Year, a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and continues to serve with the NAACP Youth and College Division.
