Courageous Conversation® serves as their partner in helping to identify standards for equitable solutions as well as existing areas of interrogation that they may not have considered.

Structure of this service is highly dependent on the unique circumstance of the client. Frequency of coaching sessions and expected goals are developed in collaboration with each client at the start of the coaching relationship.
