It can be awkward, confronting for white people, and for people of colour, it can be traumatic.

There’s also the risk of retreating back into our corners, or shutting the whole conversation down.

Glenn Singleton is an African-American author and educator, trying to get us started on this conversation. He says, we need to be courageous.
